Here are 5 “feminizing” or hormone-wrecking foods to watch out for:
- Soy Products – Contains plant estrogens. A little is fine—but chugging soy milk daily? Not ideal.
- Alcohol (especially beer) – Drops T-levels, raises estrogen, and packs fat around your belly. Hops = plant estrogen.
- Processed food (sugar, refined carbs) – Kills testosterone, fuels fat gain, and drains your energy.
- Seed Oils (canola, corn, soybean) – High in omega-6 fats. Too much causes inflammation & hormone imbalance. Seed oils are in almost every food. Read food labels – eliminate it from your diet. Use Extra Virgin Olive or Avocado Oil instead.
